1 container of Fishwife Smoked Atlantic Salmon
1/2 container of Kalona Organic French Onion Dip
1/2 Lemon
Jacobsen Black Pepper
1 bag of Torres Olive Oil chips, or any chip you fancy!

In a bowl mix all ingredients, squeeze in lemon, and add a healthy sprinkle of fresh black pepper. Additionally, you can pair this appetizer with a light-medium white wine that’s crisp, mineral, and has a hint of brininess!
