The grapes are hand-harvested followed by a gentle direct press, along with spontaneous fermentation in stainless. This leads to an aromatic, lively, complex white wine that is also very refreshing and acid-driven.

Green apple, floral, white stone fruit, salinity 100% Aligoté from Burgundy. This wine a bright yellow robe. The nose is very floral, with hints of white stone fruit. The mouth is refreshing and crisp with flavors of green apple. The mouthfeel is round and balanced, with a touch of salinity.

Orange blossom, chamomile, herbs, earth Offering robust flavors while maintaining refreshing qualities, orange wine harbors the best of both the red and white wine worlds. These attributes are on full display with this 2016 Quinta Da Costa Do Pinhao Branco from Luis Seabra, a brilliant winemaker on the forefront of “natural” winemaking. Two-week skin contact serves to accentuate the chamomile and gunflint aromas and adds a fine tingling texture that knits the wine together.

Hibiscus, rose, black cherry, plum Andrea Jaramillo is the brains behind Mas Vino! She's an LA local who makes learning about wine on social media fun instead of the usual stuffy and pretentious. Como la Flor is made in collaboration with Wonderwerk. It's a blend of carignan and montepulciano that undergoes carbonic maceration (think light reds). It's then infused with locally harvested rose geranium for an extra layer of depth. It has notes of hibiscus, rose, black cherry, and plum.

Honey, ginger, citrus, peel A sprightly tease of bracing acidity that's quelled by a gentle tide of honey, ginger and citrus peel. A clementine-colored, cloudy corral of charisma that is, honestly, an ideal representative of natural domestic wines; both refined and rollicking.

Rich black cherry, black currant, dark chocolate, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla This Cabernet Sauvignon is spice driven in aromas with notes of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. A soft entry onto the palate leads to rich black cherry, black currant and dark chocolate flavors.

Dry orange dreamsicle, granny smith apple, sage Vinovore Desert Nights Pet Nat is made from 100% Famoso grapes in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. It has fun notes of dry orange dreamsicle, hints of Granny Smith apples and sage, all in a bottle curated by the renowned woman in wine, Coly Den Haan.

Mildly sweet and oakey.. a mead for white wine lovers! Made exclusively from New York State wildflower honey and water, Nought is the ideal introduction to all-natural mead. The crisp brightness of wild-fermented yeast is balanced with the gentle mouthfeel of honey to produce a harmonious and extremely drinkable dry mead as suited to summer sunsets as long winter nights. Nought is fermented for over a year in oak barrels previously used to age red wine. Bottled without filtration, Nought is both eminently traditional and refreshingly singular, standing alone as North America’s most traditional mead.
