Orange zest, peach, mango The majority of the wine was aged in neutral oak for 4-5 months, except for just over half of the Chenin Blanc, that was aged in concrete egg. Bright minerality leads to vibrant notes of orange and orange zest along with flavors of peach and soft tropical fruits. The balance of minerality and fruit is like watching a tight rope walker at a carnival.

Ripe white peach, apricot, and subtle floral notes. Les Vins Pirouettes by Binner & Associates Eros de Raphael is a natural wine made from a blend of 40% Pinot Gris, 40% Riesling, and 20% Sylvaner. The grapes are hand-harvested with a triage in the vines, destemmed, and fermented with indigenous yeast and zero sulfur. The wine remains in contact with the skins for 25 days, resulting in an orange wine.
