White miso, almond, honey, pear Ghost Rider is a collaboration with Black Lamb and Kabaj, one of the beloved Slovenian wineries in Black Lamb’s portfolio. This orange wine is a blend of Tocai Fruliano, Rebula, and Malvazija that spends 6 months on the skins and then aged for 3 years in old oak barrels. Resulting in a complex wine that is earthy, unami and full of memories. Notes of white miso, almond, honey, and pear.

The crisp brightness of wild-fermented yeast is balanced with the gentle mouthfeel of honey to produce a harmonious and extremely drinkable dry mead as suited to summer sunsets as long winter nights. Nought is fermented for over a year in oak barrels previously used to age red wine. Bottled without filtration, Nought is both eminently traditional and refreshingly singular, standing alone as North America’s most traditional mead.
