Toasted hazelnut, preserved lemon, wildflower, mineral The Furlani vineyard is about 700 meters up in an alpine city of Italy called Trento. Matteo Furlani, a 4th generation winemaker, tends to his small parcels of vines making extremely playful sparkling wines. The Antico Frizzante is comprised entirely of Nosiola, a local grape. The grapes are macerated for 10 days after pressing, leaving this wine racy and mineral. Notes of toasted hazelnut, preserved lemon, and wildflowers. The cool-climate altitude shines through offering a dry, lively balance.
