#2 White- Sonoma, California - 12% ABV
Full Pour - $13
Taste - $7
Peach skin, ripe nectarine, honey 100% Sauvignon Blanc. It looks like an orange wine, and it tastes like an orange wine, but it's not an orange wine. Extended lees contact gives it some color and texture, but this wine sees no skin contact at all. Lots of stone fruit, especially peach skin, on the palate with tons of structure.

Mango, nectarine, dried marjoram 85% grenache blanc, 15% Marsanne with 6 days maceration. Right on the line between orange and white, but the flavor profile leans more white wine. Very aromatic, with tropical fruit dominating the palate and nice acidity on the finish.

Apple jacks and mellow honey sweetness Mead and apples can be traced back to ancient Europe where the name Cyser (si-zer) comes from. We start with Montana Macintosh apples and blend them with Clover honey to create a perfect blend of honey sweet and apple tartness for the best Apple Mead around. The mead is then finished with just a hint of black walnut that ties all the flavors together
