Ripe citrus, stone fruit, white flowers This Vin de France is a new bottling for the winery, a blend of his own plot in Saint-Cyr en Bourg with a friend’s vineyard a stone’s throw outside the Saumur zone. As always with Lambert’s wines, the grapes are biodynamically farmed. The nose of Les Parcelles blooms with classic Chenin notes of linden blossom, ripe pear galette, green apple and beeswax. The palate is tense with acidity and a tactile, lightly creamy texture that shows off some light lees stirring. There are flavors of crisp apples, gooseberry, golden raspberries, and a whiff of dusty tuffeau soil.

Canella Prosecco Rosé “Lido” DOC is a lovely shade of pink with fine and persistent perlage, the nose features fruity notes of cherry, wild berries and delicate flowers. On the palate, it is fresh, vivacious and pleasingly dry, with excellent persistence.

Blackberry compote, earthy aroma and balanced acidity This earthy, brightly acidic mead balances the lingering tartness of whole blackberries and carefully selected honey. Intensely fruity with balanced acidity, a complex flavor profile and an earthy aroma, this mead is reminiscent of picking fruit on a mid-summer day. A strong option for the cellar, blackberry will continue to mature and develop in the bottle for years. Blackberry pairs well with creamy cheeses, duck, and veal.
