With just a kiss of effervescence and the occurrence of malolactic fermentation, this wine offers refreshing notes of lemon, grapefruit, and sea salt.

Grapefruit, lemon, apricot, saline finish Surrounded by nature, Domaine de Cala encompasses more than 40 hectares of grapevines in the heart of Provence. Some of them were planted about half a century ago. Domaine de Cala's rosé is fun and vibrant. It has soft notes of grapefruit, lemon, and apricot with a crisp, saline finish. It's minerality makes it the perfect aperitif for brunch or picnic.

From the Northern Bekaa region of Lebanon, this wine gets it's expression from the high-altitude climate. This medium-bodied, natural cinsault is fresh and dry, with a fruity finish. Leaving your tongue with hints of smoke, September blackberries, and a touch of baking spice. Pair with labneh or lamb.

Toasted hazelnut, preserved lemon, wildflower, mineral The Furlani vineyard is about 700 meters up in an alpine city of Italy called Trento. Matteo Furlani, a 4th generation winemaker, tends to his small parcels of vines making extremely playful sparkling wines. The Antico Frizzante is comprised entirely of Nosiola, a local grape. The grapes are macerated for 10 days after pressing, leaving this wine racy and mineral. Notes of toasted hazelnut, preserved lemon, and wildflowers. The cool-climate altitude shines through offering a dry, lively balance.

Cranberry, red plum, cherry, earth Margins produce minimal intervention wines using grapes from underrepresented regions in California. Margins brings attention to vineyards in northern and central California, "that find themselves on the margins without the recognition they deserve." Rugged Heart is a light Bordeaux-style red blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, resulting in a wine that is both earthy and bursting with red fruit notes. Hints of cranberry and a wonderful acidity create harmony throughout.

Today, Roberto Echeverria along with his 4 children continue to manage 65 hectares of vineyards with sustainable and organic farming practices. This skin contact Sauvignon Blanc showcases a beautiful hue of amber. It has tantalizing aromas of rosehip and orange blossom. It will delight your palate with its light-bodied nature, and juicy texture, boasting tangerine and orange notes.

Crisp and bright.. a mead for white wine lovers! Made exclusively from New York State wildflower honey and water, Nought is the ideal introduction to all-natural mead. The crisp brightness of wild-fermented yeast is balanced with the gentle mouthfeel of honey to produce a harmonious and extremely drinkable dry mead as suited to summer sunsets as long winter nights. Nought is fermented for over a year in oak barrels previously used to age red wine. Bottled without filtration, Nought is both eminently traditional and refreshingly singular, standing alone as North America’s most traditional mead.
