Cherry, plum, tomato, earth Wonderwerk Marinara is a playful blend of organic grapes from Contra Costa County such as, Montepulciano, Zinfandel, Barbera, Aglianico, and Teroldego. The grapes undergo carbonic maceration and spontaneous fermentation with native yeast, followed by aging in neutral oak for 5 months. Notes of red cherry and plum, and hints of tomato and earthy undertones.
