#2 - DDH West Coast Pilsner - 5.8% ABV

Lemon meringue, kiwi, orangey citrus From HPB: Cats! Is a DDH West Coast PIls and the second of two collaboration beers with Monkish that will be released during LA Beer Week. "Cats!" is a reference to Monkish and HPB's mutual love of cats and cat-related themes! Using our Timbo base recipe, we brainstormed fun and interesting hopping ideas with the Monkish crew. We decided on trying out YCH's Citra Dynaboost and Hyperboost to bump up hop intensity in a West Coast Pils. We also Double Dry hopped at 4.4 lbs per barrel, this beer is poppin'!

Pineapple, lime, mango Say hello to Hello SD, our second collaboration with Los Angeles’ Highland Park Brewery! This murky DIPA's name is a playful riff on Hello LA, Highland Park's West Coast IPA. Hello SD is loaded with Mosaic Cryo, Nelson Sauvin, and Nelson Abstrax, layering in tastes of pineapple, lime, mango, and pine in every sip. Boasting a lush mouthfeel and medium-full body, Hello SD reflects the spirit of the SoCal craft beer scene—It's bold, flavorful, and brewed with a ton of passion.

Red apple, pear, honeydew, white flowers, oystershell Cool Moon is a white blend with notes of red apple, pear, honeydew, white flowers and oyster shells. This blend comprises 50% Grenache Gris, 40% Grenache Blanc, and 10% Macabeu, sourced from 75 to 90-year-old bush vines planted in clay and limestone soils. It's Mineral driven and pairs great with grilled seafood and hearty greens.

Hibiscus, nectarine, sour plum, honey Made by female winemaker, Coly Den Haan this unfiltered rose will have you dancin' the do-si-do. Consisting of 97% Sauvignon Blanc and 3% Langonesi from Emilia-Romagna, Italy this wine shows notes of hibiscus, nectarine, sour plum and hint of honey. Pair with tacos, bbq, or seafood pasta!

Cranberry, cherry, pomegranate, blueberry Margins produce minimal intervention wines using grapes from underrepresented regions in California. Margins brings attention to vineyards in northern and central California, "that find themselves on the margins without the recognition they deserve." Rugged Heart is a light Bordeaux-style red blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot, resulting in a wine that is both earthy and bursting with red fruit notes. Hints of cranberry and a wonderful acidity create harmony throughout.

#8 Skin Contact- Napa Valley, CA - 12% ABV

Chamomile, orange blossom, nectarine, electric lemon zest The Oeno skin contact is 100% Chardonnay, destemmed, left on the skins for 18 days, and aged in stainless steel. Goddess in a glass gives notes of chamomile flower, orange blossom, nectarine, and electric lemon zest.
