It's a medium-bodied wine with sharp acidity that delivers notes of fresh cut grass, yellow orchard fruit, and salinity. The grapes are gently pressed, cold settled and the wine is fermented and aged all in stainless steel tanks, so no oak here!

Tangerine, pear, apricot, apple, Pépin make wines that are vinified using only the naturally occurring indigenous yeasts, and are unfined and unfiltered. This skin contact Gewurztraminer undergoes 3 days of carbonic maceration. Aromas of tangerine and pear fill the nose while notes of apricot, apple, and stone round out the palate.

Granny Smith apple, sage, orange dreamsicle Vinovore Desert Nights Pet Nat is made from 100% Famoso grapes in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. It has fun notes of dry orange dreamsicle, hints of Granny Smith apples and sage, all in a bottle curated by the renowned woman in wine, Coly Den Haan.

Cacao, cola, blackberry, plum, leather, smoke Oeno is owned by Amy Atwood who runs Amy Atwood Selections a wine distribution we get a lot of our natural wines from! Their Cabernet Sauvignon is a delightful full bodied treat. The fruit is harvested from 40-year-old vines in the Old Redwood Block and fermented with native yeast. The wine is aged in 100% neutral French Oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Notes of cacao, cola, blackberry, plum, leather, and smoke.

Orange peel, ripe apricot, dried herbs The Marcio Lopes Laranja is an orange wine made from 100% Loureiro, an aromatic, light-skinned grape from Portugal. These grapes are crushed by foot and macerated on the skins for 6 days with indigenous yeasts. This wine has energetic notes of orange peel, ripe apricot and dried herbs. The tannins are substantial while still keeping the wine light on its feet with vibrant acidity.

Nicely tart and clean flavor Spontaneously fermented from honey, elderberries and lemon peel, - aged for a year in oak and naturally bottle conditioned for the bubbles we all love.The Beequetteis a wonderful sparkling accompaniment to that stroll in the park, visit to the beach or whatever balm is required to salve the end of summer blues.

Crisp and bright.. a mead for white wine lovers! Made exclusively from New York State wildflower honey and water, Nought is the ideal introduction to all-natural mead. The crisp brightness of wild-fermented yeast is balanced with the gentle mouthfeel of honey to produce a harmonious and extremely drinkable dry mead as suited to summer sunsets as long winter nights. Nought is fermented for over a year in oak barrels previously used to age red wine. Bottled without filtration, Nought is both eminently traditional and refreshingly singular, standing alone as North America’s most traditional mead.
