Black cherry, plum, white pepper Wild herbs and tangy white-pepper notes on top of the fresh-toned red and black cherries, plums and hints of citrus zest, sweet red berries and minerals. Polished, dusty tannins spread evenly across the medium-bodied palate, with juicy, vivid plums and berries. Nothing showy here, but it’s beautifully balanced and understated, showing real fruit vibrancy and harmony.

Pear, baking spice, white flowers This is a Ramato-style wine made from skin-contact Pinot Gris (hence the name). This is a blend of three vineyards from three distinct areas of the Central Coast: Paso Robles, Santa Barbara Highland, and the Edna Valley. This rosé lookalike harkens back to an older style of winemaking, where allowing the skins of the white grapes to remain in contact with the juice lends the wine body and texture while also bringing out a juicier richness. Notes of white peach and pear mingle with subtle notes of spice in a zesty and refreshing way.

Made with the highest quality Traverse City Balaton cherries, carefully selected honey and twenty years of experience – having gone through more than a dozen iterations. Living up to it’s name, this mead truly makes a statement due to its incredible expression and depth of flavor and character rendered from honey and Michigan tart cherries. A natural complement to chocolate and sharp or blue cheeses, The Statement also pairs well with grilled pork, and makes a terrific reduction sauce for desserts.
